Annie McCubbin has been working with people to create change in their lives for 25 years.

Whether in a large group setting or one on one, she has great capacity to create a warm and compassionate space for people to safely express their fears, worries and aspirations.

 

She works out of the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Model which encourages people to make room for their difficult thoughts and feelings, while encouraging them to take action in their lives based on their values.

 

Annie helps her clients to develop genuine confidence, so they can feel more in control of their lives and more capable of achieving their goals.

 

Annie has had great success with clients who struggle with anxiety.

 

Annie geniunely likes people and believes that everyone has the right to lead a fulfilling life.
